We use the information we collect for various purposes:
- To provide and maintain our service.

- To match, dispatch, navigate, and track deliveries, and to calculate estimated arrival times, using device location.

Location Information
The Do It Delivery mobile app collects location data to operate our delivery services. This is a core function of the app, and location access is requested with your permission.
- Precise (GPS) and approximate location. With your consent, we collect your device's location to match deliveries to nearby drivers, provide navigation to pickup and drop-off addresses, calculate estimated arrival times, and generate proof-of-delivery records.
- Background location (drivers & couriers). If you use the app as a driver or courier, we may collect location in the background — including when the app is closed or not in use — while you are online or on an active delivery. This lets us provide real-time tracking, dispatching, routing, and delivery visibility to the businesses and recipients you serve. We do not collect background location when you are offline or not on an active delivery.
- Recipients & businesses. If you place or receive a delivery, location may be used to show delivery progress and confirm drop-off.
Your control. Location access is optional and can be granted or revoked at any time in your device settings (on iOS: Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services; on Android: Settings › Location). Disabling location may limit or prevent core delivery features, such as receiving, performing, or completing deliveries.
Use, sharing & retention. We use location data only to provide and improve the delivery service and for safety, fraud prevention, and customer support. We do not sell your location data and do not use it for advertising. Location data may be shared with the businesses, drivers, and recipients involved in a delivery, and with service providers (such as mapping/navigation and cloud hosting providers) that help us operate the service, as described in “Sharing Your Personal Information.” We retain location records associated with a delivery only as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal and record-keeping requirements.
Sharing Your Personal Information
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g., credit card processing networks).
Retention of Data
We will retain your Personal Information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
